CocoCommerce, Inc. founded January 2000 is a software company that provides transaction settlement and management solutions to e-marketplaces, corporate procurement platforms and supply chain software solution providers. We believe most e-commerce transactions begin online but the final necessary service applications in the transaction processing chain - funding, insurance, trade finance, inspection, shipping and settlement, etc. - all take place off line.

To understand the true requirements necessary to provide an integrated online end-to-end transaction solution, CocoCommerce created CocoExchange a lease and rental portal in July of 2000. (In our experience, we found the lack of online transaction completions, poses a significant challenge for B2B sites, particularly where the size and complexity of purchases require a robust transaction settlement and management system.)

CocoCommerce has addressed the gap in e-commerce systems by creating eNetSettle, a single source settlement and management platform for e-marketplaces.
