Shipping - International
Landed Cost
Landed Cost is the total cost of moving goods internationally. This includes not only the shipping or freight charges, but also ancillary costs such as insurance, estimated duties & taxes, and any special handling fees that are incurred to achieve fulfillment. CocoCommerce simplifies the international shipping transaction for the buyers and sellers, by providing landed cost, and one place to pay. (except for import customs duties, and taxes)
Shipment Booking
After a quote is accepted, and third party packaging is selected, the shipping process is completed. Otherwise, the seller simply packages the item to be transported, completes the appropriate paperwork as instructed and allows the carrier to pick up the item.
Tracking/Event Notification
CocoCommerce tracks all buyer and seller shipments, regardless of which carrier(s) handles them. Buyers and sellers have various forms of key event notification available to them, such as e-mail, personalized web views, and automated data transfer via XML. In addition, customer service is available.
